Angella is the Managing Director of The Office Authority Limited, which she was instrumental in forming to acquire the interests of several businesses in the office supplies and print business. Prior to joining this group in 2007, she was employed at Ernst & Young for 10 years where she served as the Country Managing Partner of the Trinidad office and also led the Transactions Advisory Services Practice. Before that, she was employed at Development Finance Limited for 8 years culminating in the positions of Senior Corporate Manager and Corporate Secretary.

Angella holds an MBA with Distinction from the Manchester Business School and a Masters Degree in Accounting from UWI. She is also a Fellow of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.

Angella is a Past President of the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. She is also a Director of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.

She is married with two children and a granddaughter.

Having successfully completed his A level studies at St. Mary's College, Geoffrey joined Media Sales Limited, the fledgling family business in 1978 as the purchasing and delivery clerk. Over the last 30 years he has held senior positions in purchasing, operations and sales taking on more and more responsibility as the company grew. In 2004 Geoffrey assumed the position of Managing Director and guided the company to its most successful years. In 2006 when the family sold out their interest in the company Geoffrey remained as the Managing Director. He was instrumental in the acquisition of land in El Socorro and the construction of the centralized offices and warehouse which the business occupied in 2008. Geoffrey is also the Chairman of Eric Solis Marketing Limited and a Director of The Office Authority Limited.

Hance Persad has been the Managing Director of Trinpad for more than 25 years. Trinpad, founded by his father in 1963 is Trinidad & Tobago's first manufacturer of school paper products eg. exercise books, note books, sketch pads, binder refills and drawing books. He has presided over the growth and diversification of the enterprise and today Trinpad is one of the largest printing and paper conversion establishments in the country.

Hance holds an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom, is married with two adult children and one granddaughter.

Razeem Ali - Chief Financial Officer - The Office Authority Ltd

Razeem joined the group in October 2008 after accumulating a wealth of finance and accounting experience in the private sector and in public practice. Following his stint in the Audit and Advisory Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Razeem moved to Unicomer Trinidad (formerly Courts Trinidad Limited) where his achievements and performance saw him move through the ranks from Management Accountant to Financial Controller and then to Regional Finance Manager over a 7 year period. A former National Scholar and winner of several awards during his accountancy studies, Razeem is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago and holds an MBA from the prestigious Warwick University in the United Kingdom.

Neena Luchmeesingh - COO - The Office Authority Ltd

Chief Operating Officer, Manufacturing

Neena joined the group in April 2010 and currently heads the Manufacturing business unit. She brings to the group a number of years experience at the managerial level from a manufacturing and distribution environment, namely Trinidad Tissues Limited, a family company. As a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers she provided services to the private, public and state sectors in the area of Operational Effectiveness. Her experience includes a stint at Bristol-Myers Squibb in New Jersey, U.S.A providing solutions and support for their Global Supply Chain Department. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago and holds an MBA with concentration in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University in New York, U.S.A.

Rishi Baddaloo - Head, Strategic Marketing & Innovation - The Office Authority Ltd

Rishi joined the company recently, having worked in financial and investment services with Involve Financial Ltd, a Registered Investment Advisor with the Trinidad & Tobago Securities & Exchange Commission. At Involve, he was a Director and the Chief Executive Officer and was also responsible for establishing an investee chain of retail pharmacies which grew appreciably in one year under his watch, notwithstanding a recession. Prior to this, Rishi's core experience was in finance and business consultancy, having worked as a Manager in Transactions Advisory Services at Ernst & Young where he consulted to several companies in strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

Rishi currently serves as the Interim Chairman of First Citizens Asset Management Limited, where he also chairs the Investment Committee. He holds a BSc in Management Studies from UWI with first class honours and has the distinction of being the first student in the university's history to graduate with Grade A in all qualifying subjects. He also holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University having graduated Beta Gamma Sigma, and is a Fulbright Scholar, a Richard S. Weinberg scholar and a National Scholar.
